Summary: We were in town for theatre productions by both our son and daughter-in-law. This property was near them and both locations of their shows. It was clean, cozy, and everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: property very comfortable. enjoyed our stay. home location easy to access as well. We were able to bring our dogs which was amazing. Only negative is that we always pick up our dogs poo as the thought of a dog stepping in an old pile and coming in the house is icky. There was a lot of dog poo in back yard. Others don't have that same habit of picking up poo. That was literally the only thing is to make sure people with dogs pick up their poo. I still picked ours up but we didn't utilize yard for dogs to play in because of all the other poo. That was a little yucky.

Summary: This place is exactly as advertised! It is very convenient to most everything you would want to do in Kansas City. It is in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. You could not ask for a better place to stay! The Brown’s are exceptional Vrbo owners! They respond immediately to any questions that you may have, and are more than willing to help you with anything else! I had made a mistake at the length of our stay when booking this house. They were so accommodating and immediately available to help fix the problem. They are by far the best owners we have ever stayed with over the last 23 years! We highly recommend that you stay with these people they are wonderful and the house is exactly as advertised!

Summary: Very nice home in a nice,quiet established neighborhood. Had everything we needed, except we couldn't find coffee maker. Might have just overlooked it, just got a cheapie at Wal-Mart. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Summary: A group of friends and myself were in town for a concert and we booked this home for an overnight stay. It was a comfy, beautifully decorated home. Our only small complaint was that trash was left in the garage and the smell was a bit overpowering. Other than that we have zero complaints.
