Summary: The place wasn’t clean- we had to clean the kitchen bench tops and the fridge before we used it. Bedside tables had dirt and sand on them. Biggest drawcard is the large balcony with amazing views! Eating dinner on the balcony while watching the sunset was beautiful

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the first evening there were unusual noises and it seemed at times there was someone in the building somewhere, On the second evening (we were out all day) we discovered someone was in fact in the downstars portion of the house which explained the spooky sounds we'd heard. we rented a house because we wanted privacy and relaxation, we did not feel relaxed and did not sleep well, If I had known this was a shrared property I wouldn't have booked as I sought out a property where we'd be private. Other than that the house was nice, the view nice, the condition good and the amenities great.
