Positive: Great view from the room balcony over the Ohrid Lake. Very supportive staff.

Negative: Breakfast could definitely be improved - wasn't worth more than a 7. It was in the hotel's bar/bistro downstairs, shared with non-customers who were smoking. We had to stand in line for coffee at the bar, after waitresses who took orders from said non-guests.

Negative: Our room (104) was directly above the bar. There was live music that started after 11pm. I measured the noise in the room - 83 dB. We went out to take a night walk and wait for the party to end
