Located in the heart of Canyon Country, among the best suburbs of LA. This home is close to Magic Mountain - 20 minute driving. It was designed beautifully for family or friends. A perfect place to get away from all the hustle & bustle of LA while still have access to all LA attractions. The city is very walk-able with multiple hiking trails. It also has Valencia town center with plenty of options for shopping and dining. The house is very spacious with 2 living rooms, large size backyard.

When you first enters the house, you will be in the first living room. To your left two bedrooms with queen beds in them. Behind the first living room is the kitchen and a massive second living room. From second living room, you can get out to the backyard. It's a perfect indoor outdoor California living.
