Summary: Communication was great (both prior to our stay and during). Everything was great, condo was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for making meals. The location was close to USC which made it very convenient. The screened balcony with a dart board was an added perk. All in all I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Summary: This is the cutest little apartment. It has the balcony screened in, the owners have the perfect little string lights to give it the best laid back atmosphere. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed the screen sliding door and the fresh air & the sounds of the river & birds. Fully stocked with everything you will need for a get away. We would recommend this place and these hosts to everyone!!
