Positive: Location was very convenient to our needs; vibrant and easy to locate. Easy access. Stairs may limit some but were fine for us. Spacious for our two day stay. Loved overlooking Newbury Street. Great shower, just enough room. Short visit but would return.

Negative: The TV was challenging to navigate when all we were trying to do was watch the World Series. Too many remotes, directions insufficient; had to call for help. Bedside light worked occasionally but not intuitively. HVAC ran properly only if fan was on continuously. Keurig machine would be easier. Small details but for price, would have expected easier steps for some of the basics.

Positive: Location was great - both for getting to downtown but also a vibrant area in its own right. Apartment was a good size and contained all relevant utensils, towels etc

Negative: The hole in the ceiling above the kitchenette. Presumably from a recent leak. Having paid for a quality apartment this rather affected the aesthetic experience.
