Positive: Liat and Oren communicate really well with you and you get all the info you need at the right time. They responded to all questions promptly and I was very confident that we wouldn't have any problems when we arrived. The property itself is lovely and modern with great appliances (the washing machine and tumble dryer made short work of our laundry!). It's also nice and spacious, so if you're a family of four with older kids it's lovely to spread out after hotel rooms. The location is great for Universal and Warner Bros, taking only about 15 mins by car. You can also take the scenic route to Beverley Hills via Benedict Canyon Drive. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels very safe. Another plus is the off street parking with electronic gate. Thanks for a great stay Liat and Oren!

Negative: There was some construction going on next door (that I did know about ahead of time). It didn't overly bother us as we wanted to be up and out early each day.

Summary: Fantastic location and great hosts who really try to make your stay as good as possible.

Positive: Hosts were AMAZING, very responsive and welcoming. The home was lovely, beautiful upgrades, well equipped and designated parking was available. Loved the location as it was close to everything we did in LA and the surrounding areas.

Negative: I have clinically diagnosed OCD so to the regular eye, everything was clean and comfortable. I did notice some hair on the towels and comforters but we brought our own so that helped. Even with that, we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is 3 stories and the bedrooms and kitchen are spread between all 3 so that was inconvenient to have to continue to walk up and down several stairs for different things. Lastly, even though there is designated parking, it was back in an area that did not provide much space. We have a larger SUV so it was a tight squeeze getting in and out of the car each time.

Positive: This place is MAGICALLLLL!! ✨✨✨🤩🤩🤩 A Home Away From Home! We initially planned to stay here just for 5 days but upon arriving at the property, we were mesmerized by the place and extended our entire stay at this place for more 4 days. The Hosts were very welcoming, precise, friendly, quick to respond. Kept checking in on us if everything was okay, and this was very touching for me. The Price was very friendly for 9 days. The place has a great ambiance and a quiet environment. Hardly hear any noises exactly what we were looking for. Security was very good: Pin access lock at the door, App provided gate access. It has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent and bleach provided by the hosts. They have 3 spacious self contained bedrooms, one on ground floor, and the other two upstairs. Spacious wardrobes with hangers, one of the rooms has a smart TV. They provide towels in every room. There’s a flat iron and a vacuum cleaner. The Living room was spacious with a couch and fleece blanket, It has a little cute dining table, nice art pieces on the wall. It also has a visitor’s toilet. The kitchen was also spacious and modern, with a microwave, fridge, dish washer, and all the basic kitchen necessities; plates, cutlery, cups, spices name it. They have AC in every room. It is close to most LA activities and the neighborhood has most fast food restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you’re in LA for short stays with family or friends. All the best to the Hosts Liat & Oren! We look forward to booking again when in LA.

Positive: Everything was exactly like the photos. Every room has its own bathroom and the place was very clean. Excellent location for our purpose. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Parking was designated and off the street, behind a gate. The host was responsive. We would easily recommend to others and stay again.

Positive: 3-story house in a quite and safe neighborhood. Very quick and easy access to major highways. 1 parking spot available on the driveway or street parking during the night. It changes to 2h parking limit between 8am - 6pm. Spacious living room to hang out in. Nice and clean washer & drier which we used multiple times during our stay (detergent was included). The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. We utilized all the bedrooms + the sofa bed and it was comfortable enough. When we arrived we found out we are missing 1 set of sheets for the sofa bed but the hosts were very responsive and in a matter of 1-2 hours sorted out everything. I would stay in this house again.

Negative: - some of the kitchen appliances were scratched and need to be replaced. - ground floor bedroom had a bit of a bad odor. - there is a construction going on next door which makes everything around the house covered in dust and wood particles. Luckily there was no noise. In general the house was very clean only the floor wasn't properly mopped. My socks turned black on the 10th minute I entered the house. Could be from the dust coming from the construction next door.

Positive: Great location. Sherman Oaks isn’t too busy and is close to Warner Bros. studios and Universal. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, the fridge has a water filter built in and ice maker. AC works instantly.
