Positive: Home was beautiful and Location was great

Negative: Only one TV in the entire house. Sheets in one of the bedrooms had hair and didn’t appear to have been washed.

Positive: It's a beautiful looking unit: on the outside it looks new and nicer than the rest of the units in the neighborhood, but on the inside it really is a unique spacious design. Kind of a vertical theme (ie .. 1 large bed/bath on the ground floor with attached garage, one step stairway up to the main floor -open kitchen / dining / living room - spacious and sparse. then another steep stairway to another 3 bedrooms, bath(s) and laundry area, and another steep stairway to the rootop lounge area. - Everything is new, clean like right out of a magazine. - Cool refrigerator! and Icemaker is worthy of note. - All new appliances: Washer, Drier, coffee maker etc. - Nice wifi - good professional instructions. - Convenient electronic combination lock to enter and leave. - Clean and nice looking bathrooms. - Neighborhood - a combination of rustic and quaint, with just a little but of "urban" gentrification feel to it. - Nearby: Some stores, coffee shops etc. The stadium and some other attractions are within walking distance. - Nearby is a beautiful park, very large, with lots of geese and trees and walkways and bike paths and running paths. - Garage parking - a real plus for a neighborhood like this

Negative: BAD Well nothing really BAD - but a few things were lacking. - silverware, cutlery etc ... not enough for such a large unit with so many bedrooms - It's there but you're not allowed to use it - however the pilot light was out and it was leaking gas into the unit! - beds are not too comfortable, kind of cheap side. Bedsheets were thin. - there were not enough towels - we actually had to buy some extra! (so now there might be enough towels : ) - the description said "grill" on the roof but there was none. this was not an issue for us, but if you are expecting to grill outside then doublecheck. - No dining room bulbs so we couldn't use the dining room light.
