Summary: I contacted the PMG rentals prior to arrival to ensure there was a crib/ pack n play for the stay or if we should bring one. They lady in the phone confirmed my unit number and stated it did have a pack n play in the unit. When we arrived there was not one and i called about 4x the Friday of arrival as well as message, i received no response for any sort of communication. I also tried to email and the email failed to deliver to the address on the site. Following that we had two wash cloths while they knew we had 5 guests stay for 3 nights….. they also did not provide enough garbage bags or dish soap as the listing states it would be fully stocked. I attempted to call another 3x the next day (Saturday) still no answer. We ended up staying until Wednesday in Daytona and our check out was Monday. We would have stayed an extra few days as the property was available and it was a hassle to relocate with a baby however my son had no where to comfortable and safely sleep during the trip and we were already very disappointed. This unit is nice and great location for super cross at the speedway but TERRIBLE customer service and lack of response was NOT what i had expected for paying $$$ for 3 nights. I would’ve rather stayed at a hotel where we would have been tended to.

Summary: The place was not cleaned before our arrival. There were piles of dirty towels, garbage cans fill, dishes in sink, dirty sheets. Die to it not being cleaned, we had not towels and had to wash and dry our sheets prior to is going to sleep. Trying to contact company (check in was on a Sunday) and did not get a response until Monday night.

Summary: This was the most amazing place I have ever stayed! I would live there if I could! There was something to do, no matter what the weather had in store. I loved the security of the property as well. Can't wait to go back again as soon as possible!

Summary: This property was the perfect location for walking to One Daytona and enjoying the surrounding area. The pool and outdoor areas were extremely nice and relaxing! I highly recommend this prooerty!

Summary: The property was well maintained inside and out. There was a couple issues like not enough towels and blankets for the number of people it slept, but management took care of that after we notified them. The bottom mattress of the trundle bed was covered in dog hair so maybe not cleaned for a while. The rest is all positive, very clean and nice Kitchen and Bathrooms, the King bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Overall we had a great stay and I would go back.
