Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home, but problems we had with appliances, large and small, marred our visit. On the evening of our arrival, we prepared hamburgers to grill for 13 people and the grill had no propane. It was replaced but took 45 minutes from call to replacement when we pointed out the ice maker was not working. The next morning, the coffeemaker needed scaling and was eventually replaced later in the morning after we got in the car and drove to North for coffee. That evening, it took 50 minutes to boil water in a pot for pasta. The bottom of the pot was charred because the gas burners needed calibrating. and lastly, on Wednesday morning our frozen food was had thawed in the freezer of the refrigerator and had to be discarded. our visit was marred by having to call maintenance each day of our visit. The crew was as responsive but could not fix the freezer or burners during our stay. We did receive a $100 gift card to the pool restaurant but nothing could have compensated for lost vacation time and major inconvenience. We probably won't do a repeat visit to this home without a guarantee that all appliances had received a recent inspection.

Each family has a Master-like bedroom and bathroom to spread out in and enjoy. The house was clean and lovely and well stocked. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a large house!

Reviewer Comments: We were not able to check in til 5 pm because we had to wait on the house to be cleared. The house had ants crawling everywhere. There was not enough parking because of all the construction going on. I'm not mad about any of this I was just dis appointed. We will go back for sure and try it again.
