Positive: House was exceptionally well equipped - hosts had thought of everything. Including touches like soaps, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Provided excellent electric fans in each bedroom. Towels and bedding of very good quality.

Negative: House was smaller than I expected, but to be fair, hosts had made the most of every available inch of space. Only downside really was the proximity to the busy railway line - quite noisy if windows open, but we used the fans provided which really helped. House was relatively expensive given the size, but we booked for a stay during Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and ACDC gig, which no doubt pushed prices up.

Summary: Very comfortable house within easy walking distance to town and station

Positive: Great apartment: cozy, modern. Nice backyard to relax, has fans in each room, very clean.

Negative: It was very warm to sleep because no AC and it was a very warm day when we stayed there.

Positive: The location was great. The accomodation is comfortable and well maintained. The parkling is convenient and easy to access. Overall we were very happy with the place.
