Summary: Great house and owner Everything was as listed

Summary: Great neighborhood with lots of close amenities. This condo had plenty of linens, dishes, and very comfortable furnishings. Lots of places to walk, very close to the pool, and extremely safe area. Only issues were that the lock box was tricky and none of the mail or pool keys worked. The tvs were new but apps didn’t work well (we ended up buying Rokus). Also, there was some build up in the washer that stained our clothes so we ended up using a laundromat close by.

Summary: Host was courteous and professional. The condo is a really nice 2 bedroom apartment in a nice safe neighborhood in reasonable travel time to anything in Charlotte. Excellent experience at an excellent price. My next stay in Charlotte will definitely be here

Summary: A well maintained and recently remodeled property nestled among mature evergreen trees in southern Charlotte! We had easy access to restaurants, entertainment and shopping! The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and pet friendly. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to all requests no matter how small. I would recommend for singles, couples and families. Plan to visit again once travel restrictions due to Coronavirus are lifted!
