Positive: It was clean and as shown in the photos.

Negative: The drain in the bathtub has needed to be snaked for a while. I even asked them to send someone out. No one ever came

Positive: Very clean. Comfortable main bed. Good size. Quiet. Very close to the family we were visiting. Gated community, so felt very safe.

Negative: Initially, our door code was incorrect, so we had to make contact with the host. This was not terrible, but was an inconvenience. We booked our stay for 3 people but the suite was only prepared for two. We had to make contact with the host again to get a 3rd towel and bedding for the extra bed (an air mattress not a futon as advertised, by the way). While we were out on the first day the host had a towel, fitted sheet and a top sheet dropped off. No blanket or duvet was dropped off. Our third person had to go without the first night. Even with more contact with the host, we never did get a blanket or duvet. We had to borrow from family. Not ideal. We were lucky we had somebody to borrow from.

Positive: Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Unit was clean and extra care was taken to provide special comfort and amenities. Location was gated and safe and convenient to stores, restaurants and highways. Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was great, parking was readily available, Wi-Fi was good.

Negative: The only negative - and it’s a big one - is the extremely loud and inconsiderate neighbors above. After several hours I contacted the host and they took steps to fix it (I was very grateful).

Positive: Easy entrance and exit. Loved having a code vs an actual key.

Negative: Messaging regarding parking was confusing. We never ended up having a parking pass. Dishwasher was broken with standing water inside.

Summary: Despite the minor issues, the stay was smooth and easy.
