Negative: Very uncomfortable couch and bed frame so cheap you feel like you're breaking it climbing in/out. Wifi so slow it's practically useless.

Positive: The area was perfect. It was quiet.
Negative: We didn’t have a fob to access the pool or weight room for 2 days, because the last renters didn’t return it. The communication with the phone number in my text was awful. We were promised a fob the 2 nd day we were there and didn’t receive one. We had to go to the leasing office to get one. Even though in your text it said not bother the leasing office. They were very accommodating, not the company we rented through. I feel like we should be compensated for not being able to use the pool and weight room for 2 days. The unit itself wasn’t very clean. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The floor was dirty and the couch smelled like pee. The extra comforter had a Hugh pee stain on it. It also smelled like pee.
Summary: After receiving the fob we were able to enjoy the pool.

Positive: The location was great and getting to multiple spring training sites was really easy. The apartment was very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!
Negative: We didn't dislike anything. The apartment was furnished exactly as we needed it. Internet/streaming TV isn't my favorite, but understand that's how it is these days.
