This stunning waterfront home has been designed to make the most of outdoor living.
The magnificent home is located in a quiet Culdesac so there is no passing traffic and entry to the home is via secure intercom.
Open the two huge banks of sliding doors to take in the expansive North facing outdoor entertaining area with a stone set bench top BBQ, beverage fridge, dining area and Lounge, all of which overlook the pool and waterfront. The glass fenced pool provides a child friendly swim deck for the children while you relax on the sun lounges.
The gourmet kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, twin dishwashers, French door refrigerator, microwave and in-sinkerator, stone bench tops and a convenient island with bar stools. Adjoining this area is the dining room, capable of seating 10 people and the family room which is fitted with a huge 70" smart television and DVD player. Alternatively you may wish to retreat to the separate Home theatre, again fitted with a 70" smart television.
Downstairs there is a bedroom furnished with quality Queen size bunk beds, a self contained laundry with both washer and dryer, along with a downstairs bathroom which can also be accessed directly from outside.
.Upstairs is the master Queen size bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the water, ensuite boasting twin rain head showers and a spa bath. Additionally there are three further Queensize bedrooms upstairs, a family bathroom and another lounge area with the option of utilizing the sofa bed. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans along with the home being fully air conditioned.
For the avid fisherman there is a huge pontoon.
