Exclusive waterfront apartment of 50 square meters fully furnished and modernly furnished consisting of 1 bedroom and living room with flat screen satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Located in the first line of the sea, the apartment has 2 terraces: one in the living room with nice and direct sea views and another in the bedroom.
It is a very bright property because of its corner location with direct sea views, where all its rooms face to the exterior of a beautifully landscaped and well-kept apartment complex. its gardens contain some species of autochthonous Canarian flora. The apartment has also direct access to Playa del Aguila, a small and quiet cove in the south of Gran Canaria.
It has also a large solarium and a pool area of water with Jacuzzi, protected at its limits with a glass barrier to ensure the safety of children and to make your stay in it pleasant and relaxed. I really offer an ideal and quiet space with wonderful views over the sea, where you can rest with the beach at your feet.
The Sun Club Apartments are located next to Bahia Feliz, 15 minutes by car from the Special Natural Reserve of the Dunes of Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés and Playa de Meloneras; and 10 minutes from the famous Yumbo Shopping Center, one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Spain. It is in this well-known Shopping Center where 2 very relevant international events each year are held: the Maspalomas International Carnival and the Maspalomas International Gay Pride. In addition, there are all kinds of services and leisure areas around the Sun Club apartments, such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ... and even a Windsurfing school just beside it. The nearest airport is Gran Canaria International Airport, 22 km away.

Summary: The apartment was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay and cleaned up after ourselves, but we had stayed for 4 nights and it wasn't pristine when we left. I am a host as well, so left the apartment in a condition that would have been acceptable to me. We received a strong message from the owner that we left the property in terrible condition and were very surprised by that. I think it is a case of the owner having very high expectations for the apartment to be left pristine, even though a cleaning fee is paid.

Summary: This is a beautiful little property. It is cozy and tastefully decorated. There is so much to see and great places to eat within walking distance. We really enjoyed our time here.

Summary: We found our communications with Jose to be very effective. He always replied promptly to all of our enquires. While he wasn’t able to meet us for the check in, he sent a member of his family who provided a complete and very warm and friendly overview. The unit has been renovated professionally using very good quality materials. It was very clean and modern, as shown in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having the air conditioners to cool the place in the evening on warmer days. We ate as many meals as possible on the balcony which provides a wonderful view of the well maintained property as well as the ocean. While we found the pool rather cold, the sunning deck beyond was great for those wishing a tan. Our only issue was on occasion with the ability to park in the area. During about 2/3 of our two week stay, we were able to find a spot on the road immediately behind the complex. However, the other times (especially on weekends) searching for open spaces was pretty competitive. Nevertheless, we never had to park more than a 6 min walk from the entrance. For those not renting a car, it should be noted that while there is a wonderful walk along the rocks and beach heading to Playa del Ingles, it stops about one km from the condo and you need to walk on the sidewalk near the road to access it.

Summary: This was our first booking using Vrbo and from the outset we had contact with our host José, he was always happy to answer any questions we may have had. The apartment is a home from home, everything you are likely to need is provided. It was exceptionally clean and José explained where everything was and how it worked (aircon, washer, electric blinds etc) There are some lovely restaurants a short walk away in Bahia Feliz and another one 5 minutes away (booking recommend if you want to sit overlooking the sea). Our host was very kind, helpful and generous, a lovely gentleman. Thank you José and family.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at José‘s apartment. It has a modern and nice facility, with a great kitchen and an awesome view on the sea. José welcomed us very friendly and we enjoyed every day. For any question, he was available to help us. We would definately book again.

Summary: Really nice, modern, clean and well proportioned one bed apartment with view from the balcony as picture shows. The property has pretty much all the amenities you would wish for, and I particularly appreciated the ample storage space, hooks on the backs of doors and a good bathroom light to make up! The only downside about the property we found was that we couldn't get any English TV programmes, although the owner has said he is working on that. The pool is lovely and a decent size, although as others have commented, very cold!! Owner was very helpful too and we were able to contact him throughout our stay if we needed any help.

Summary: Had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. We are a family of 4 and the apartment was perfect for us and had everything we needed and the A/C made it a very comfortable stay. The property is extremely clean, well equipped and has everything you need for a superb holiday. Even beach towels were provided. The pool is excellent, pretty large compared to others we saw, and the beach is clean and only down the steps. The immediate area is nice and quiet with a great family feel to it and in Bahia Feliz, which is a 10 min walk away, there is a small shopping centre with good restaurants and a supermarket and pharmacy for all your needs. The host, Jose, was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him which made our stay even better. We did have a problem with the washing machine but as soon as we reported it Jose had a new one fitted which was exceptional. Our only negative would be that car parking was a bit of a problem and some days had to park a 3 min walk away but no big deal :) Definitely worth a 5* rating, the apartment is exceptional, the place is fantastic and Jose is an exceptional host. Summary: The days of vacation were all a discovery: the care of the apartment, equipped with every comfort (appliances, equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels, even pool and beach towels), with simple taste to make you comfortably feel at home , in a welcoming and cared for environment with the sea below the house and the possibility of walks along the coast, in an island to be discovered. Jose Manuel was flexible in schedules, available to provide strategic information for places to visit and dinners to enjoy, considerate, cozy and sunny. Summary: Property was fantastic. Apartment kitted our to an awesome standard. The only downside is the pools not heated. Bahia Feliz is stunning! Restaurants to die for. SAN Agustín beach is awesome. Highly recommend this place for couples and families. Would definitely return.

Summary: We love the Canary Islands, but not particularly Gran Canaria as we found the outlay of the resorts not to our liking. There are huge clusters of accommodation (both self catering and hotels), then a large complex/shopping centre with bars and restaurants. On other Islands there is more of a mix. However, the apartment was great and the location good once we navigated the bus routes which offered easy, cheap access to numerous places. We enjoyed meals in the drop inn, and Rincon Canario and the local supermarket was good,
