After enjoying the plentiful activities that Sandpoint and nearby towns have to offer, retreat to this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3,000 square foot home, less than 7 miles from downtown Sandpoint, with stunning views of Schweitzer Mountain. Enjoy three spacious sitting rooms, where one may catch glimpses of deer, moose, and wild turkeys, and which can serve as additional sleeping areas; stream movies; watch TV; and play games. The home has a screened porch with mountain and wildlife views and an adjacent dining area which seats 8. The kitchen has an LG refrigerator and Samsung stove, coffee maker, dishes and silverware, and ample bakeware and cookware. The spacious sunroom boasts seating for many and a stunning wildlife, forest and Schweitzer mountain view. The master bedroom suite enjoys its own private section of the home w/ one of the home’s sitting rooms (which can be closed off to make another sleeping area with futon). Summary: We absolutely loved this property! With 4 adults and 2 energy filled 2 year olds, we had plenty of space and the outside space was fantastic for the kids to roam! Super close to town to get groceries. Finding baby gates in a closet was an added bonus! This place had it all.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this house. It feels very cabin-y and rustic, yet very nice and comfortable. The master bedroom suite was very large and beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the deer from the screened porch and sunroom; we even saw a mother deer with a one- to two-day old fawn. Watching the fawn learn to walk was something! Excellent communication from the owners. The neighborhood setting was exceptionally peaceful. A wonderful getaway, but very close to Sandpoint.

Summary: We enjoyed our week long stay at this eccentric cool home. We had less people with us than expected and that was a plus. It was perfect for 3 or 4. There are no doors to the actual bedrooms so no privacy. The views of Schweitzer mountain are fabulous. Location is perfect… close to town and the ski resort. I would stay here again. The owner was a doll, very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Summary: Our group had a wonderful time in Sandpoint in a home with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything you’d need and then some. Oh, and the view of Schweitzer was amazing.

Summary: We came to go skiing at Schweitzer and this was the perfect place to come back to after a day on the slopes. A nice large house, large property, great view and good proximity to Sandpoint. And the pellet stove made it very cozy.
