Summary: The good. Beautiful home. Wonderful views well stocked supplies. The bad Dishwasher didn’t work. Mgmt company was non responsive No air conditioner except master. House was shut up at arrival over 90 in house Lots of deferred maintenance outside (broken and loose tiles in patio.

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. The porches on either side offered us the opportunity to enjoy sunrise and sunset and be outside during the hot times of the day. The bedrooms were far enough apart to give privacy space. I would recommend check-out be at 11 AM, and not have the cleaning crew waiting outside. It felt ackward.

The quiet, stillness and night sky were rejuvenating. The Santa Fe Collective was extremely responsive to all our questions. We were so very grateful for our time in the high desert.

Summary: We have stayed at many VRBO property locations and this house was by far the best. It was in a great location, very comfortable, well stocked, clean and had great amenities. The area was very quiet. Each window had fantastic views. The great room was an awesome gathering space for seven adults. We had a great time as a family.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location with amazing views of sunset and sunrise. House was well appointed and comfortable. Layout was perfect for those who had to work remotely and family room had plenty of comfortable seating for watching movies in the evening. What better than a great house with great views in “The City Different” over Christmas with a stroll up Old Canyon Road, the Plaza and the miracle staircase in a town with many family memories.
