Positive: The property is in a good location and very convenient for visiting the old Tbilisi sites. The view from the balcony was great . The place is comfortable with all amenities needed for a short / long stay. The owner was very responsive and was quick to provide support when needed.

Negative: The access to the apartment needs better lighting at night .
