This beautifully decorated 2,600 sq ft lake house is ready to welcome you and your family for a relaxing get away on Lake Sinclair. Situated in a quiet area of the lake where all you can see is sparkling water, horizons of untouched trees and stunning sunsets! 20 minutes from local restaurants and grocery stores in Eatonton & Milledgeville. Home has 2 kitchens & living areas, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths so there is plenty of space to spread out. Outside there is a full wrap around deck on the back of the house with plenty of brand new patio furniture. Ground floor is the same wrap around area with concrete patio and new furniture.

200 feet of water frontage with max dock and plenty of patio seating to enjoy our amazing sunsets! Propane grill just outside the main floor kitchen is perfect for family dinners and after you can step down to the water's edge and do some fishing while you watch the sun dance across the water as it sets. There are several steps in the front of home and in the back leading down to the dock. Accommodation available to bring your boat and tie up at the max dock. We have (2) fishing kayaks for use by all our guests as well.
We love to spend time outside by the firepit which is in the side yard and up the hill from the large dock.
2 outdoor swings for the kids to play on, 1 circle swing outside the ground floor patio doors and 1 child swing hung under the side deck.
There is plenty of parking for 4-5 vehicles. 1 in the new covered carport next to the house, parking in the circle driveway and we have 2 spots to the right before the circle driveway.

Excellent high speed internet and a desk overlooking the lake on the main floor is the ideal spot for your remote office! Wifi also integrated down by the water and at the dock.

Summary: Hands down, this home was one of the most well equipped and beautiful rentals we have ever stayed in. You still should bring your own spices and such but in terms of kitchen utensils and tools, they had it all. Blender, air fryer, pots and pans, all the goods. The home itself was stunning. Very clean. Easy to find. Great location on the water. Lisa and Ben were very communicative and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful experience staying at Lisa and Ben's home on Lake Sinclair. We were at the lake for a family reunion, so our time in this home was shorter than I wished it had been. The home is large and comfortable with room for two families. Though we stayed mainly upstairs, the extra kitchen and living room downstairs gives larger groups room to spread out. That extra refrigerator is a real plus. The walk to the large dock is quite short and fairly easy. We enjoyed our time on the dock while the children swam and fished. The home is located on a rather shallow area of the lake, so large boats were not everywhere and it was quiet. The property is opposite an undeveloped area where we observed large birds fishing for dinner. So restful! Lisa responded to my numerous emails quickly and helpfully. We plan to return to this property next year. Thank you Lisa and Ben for sharing your home with us. Barbara

Summary: We stayed at this beautiful property with family during my daughter's graduation from Georgia College. The house exceeded our expectations. The home is spotless, completely updated,well decorated, and has a fully stocked kitchen. The views of the lake are gorgeous. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the covered dock and watch the sunset.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this stunning lake house! It is beautifully decorated and feels brand new inside! I also couldn’t get over how organized everything was!! We stayed here for a family wedding in Macon and it was a great place to relax after the hurried wedding festivities. I highly highly recommend. Also, the owners could not have been nicer and more responsive to my many questions leading up to our stay!!

Summary: Our family consisted of me and my husband, my Mom, 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. This house was perfect for us - it has a downstairs with a kitchen , large living room for the kids to play and 2 bedrooms and full bath. The children were able to rest without being disturbed. The dock was wonderful. We did a little fishing and boating. Definitely going back. Also beautifully decorated!

Summary: Beautiful home, beautiful view, and extremely clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. Having a covered and uncovered area on the dock and an upstairs and downstairs kitchen is a plus. There is plenty of seating on deck and around fire pit. I can not say enough positive comments about home owners and how they worked with our family. They were always very quick to respond and very helpful! It was a great time for our family!

Summary: We stayed with a group of friends for an annual long weekend getaway. The house was immaculately clean and well appointed with anything you could need for your stay! The views were spectacular!! Having a kitchen and living area upstairs and downstairs was a huge benefit as we used one fridge for food, and one for drinks. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as were the rest of the furnishings. The dock was great having both a covered and uncovered area to meet the needs of sun lovers and shade seekers. Lisa was extremely communicative, and made sure that, when she changed the bed configuration in one of the rooms, we still wanted to keep our reservation. The information she provided prior to our arrival about the amenities of the house, the keypad to get in, where the outdoor cushions were, as well as local marinas was more than helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: This was our third stay at the Buben lake house. The whole experience was exceptional from check in to check out. The Bubens are excellent hosts, welcoming and making sure that every detail is just right. We all had a wonderful time and I HIGHLY recommend the Buben lake house to other families.

Summary: Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home!! Everything was perfect!! The view of the lake was so nice and my grandkids were able to do some fishing! The kitchen was well stocked and all the rooms were cozy! Lisa was so helpful and kind and even mailed me my journal I had left behind! We hope to stay here again in 2023!
