Summary: We loved the open concept and very generous sized rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals over the 10 days we spent here. Pool and spa were nice and warm and beautiful. Outdoor patio was very comfortable and we liked the option of lowering the screen to keep our grandson out of the pool. Only issue was that with all the bedrooms being on the first floor, when the baby woke up he woke up others. But we knew that might be an issue when we booked the house.

Summary: Our family, including our adult children, had an amazing stay at this rental home! The location was absolutely perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it easy for everyone to explore and enjoy the area at their own pace.The home was spotless upon arrival and beautifully appointed with everything we needed. The layout provided plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, while the common areas were comfortable and inviting for spending quality time together. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay extra comfortable.This rental was the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and style. We highly recommend it for families traveling with adult children and would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Perfect property. Huge rooms and kitchen. Beautiful pool and outside seating. We brought our boat and kept it at the dock. Easy access to the Gulf. Caught our limit of snapper everyday.

Summary: The photo's of the home did not do it justice. It was perfect for a large family, and was very well stocked for our stay. The home was impeccably clean, and the location was great - a quick walk to 5th ave, and short drive to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: This property is awesome- Location is great- house is clean and appears to have been remodeled recently. The down side- the property management company- Slow to respond if at all- we had a problem with the pool heater and no one assisted- They also sent me some strange bill ( as my rental was paid in full 6 months ago thru VRBO). I recommend this property but fingers crossed nothing goes wrong- otherwise your on your own-

Summary: The house is 5 stars. Beautiful house, lovely pool. Most of the issues were with the management company. When we arrived, the air conditioning was broken, the pool was filthy, trash was left in the garage, and all of the exterior furniture was inside. Management company was hard to get a hold of and clearly had not done a walk through before check in. Excuses were provided about some of these services being hired by the owner not the management company. Although the items were corrected, it was not in a timely manner. Additionally, we received auto messages from the management company that were not pertinent to our stay and included a payment notice at the end even though we paid in full.

Summary: I can’t speak highly enough about this property. Everyone absolutely loved it! It is perfect for a multi family gathering too because the house is sectioned off perfectly! Everyone gets their own downtime space. When you walk in the front door the house immediately opens up into a very large living room and kitchen (open floor plan). You could easily have 25 people in there and not be on top of each other. The kitchen island alone is the size of most people’s kitchens; HUGE! Off the common area are 4 bedrooms; 1 in each direction (N,S,E,W). Each has their own bathroom and a very comfortable king size bed. One room has bunk beds, which made for a perfect kids room. The backyard was a dream! The sliding back door opens fully (3 panel accordion style) on to the covered porch, which was a second living room! But the thing I loved most about the backyard was the motorized patio screen. It was a great feature especially because all the backyard access went to the porch, so once you closed the screens no little kids had access to the pool or canal. It was so nice to be able to close off the backyard when it was quiet time. The pool was a great size and very nice and refreshing. Right past the pool was the dock. Bring your fishing poles! That’s one thing I wish we would have brought. The house comes with a couple kayaks and paddle boards. We took them out every day and went exploring. It was a great vacation and I would highly recommend this house!

Summary: The property was not clean. Dishwasher full of dishes. No one knew if they were clean or dirty as the dishwasher was open.The outside was mess. We had to vacuum all debris left by the landscaper. Pool and Jacuzzi were full of sand. Beach towels in closed were almost wet, not damp but wet. Not enough bath towels for 8 people for 3 days. Check-in instructions were not clear enough, especially with the WiFi location/code. No one replied to my email the night of check-in. Would never rent from this management/Realty again.
