Short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park (0.3miles), Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.1miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only 0.1 miles from the Convention Center.

Summary: Owner/property manager very responsive. Any concerns/ questions addressed appropriately and quickly. Location on beach is great! Curb appeal could use a little work. Warning: The HOA is very aggressive with parking enforcement. You have at most 15 mins to get your parking pass into your vehicle.
