The space
Kick back and relax in this super clean, calm, stylish space. Located in Myrtle Beach but far enough from the noisy boardwalk. This is a 1 bedroom condo that has been completely renovated with a very modern twist on a beach interior vibe. Our condo is located just 15 minutes from the ocean and minutes away from many top attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy ( :
Our condo features all new stainless steel countertops, cabinets, appliances, walk-in shower with a sliding glass door, and a brand new washer and dryer in the unit. It is an extremely cozy and comfortable unit with tons of storage, awesome linens, and a super comfortable bed. We also have a twin xl futon and a queen sized blow up mattress with a built in pump.
There are 2 Amazon fire tv’s in the unit that already have multiple apps downloaded. So sit back and relax there’s no need to log in your self these are all included in your stay.
There are 2 new ceiling fans in the unit that have remote controls and multiple different settings that make it super comfortable to sleep in.
We have also included in the unit 2 beach chairs, a Bluetooth speaker, a cooler, and a bocce ball set. Feel free to use them but please don’t forget them at the beach ;)

Summary: My wife and I needed a place for a short term (2-night stay) in order to attend a celebration of life for a family friend who had recently passed away. This property checked all the boxes in what we were looking for and the host could not have been more accommodating and easier to work with. The unit is decorated very tastefully, the kitchen is well equipped and check in was smooth and easy. My only concern would be that the entrance road to the neighborhood is in need of repair however that is not on the owner but that is the reason for a 4-star rating on location and not a 5-star rating in that regard.
