CANCELLATION TERMS:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before arrival date will receive 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down payment .
Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
Bookings for dates in holiday season (Christmas & New Years) will not receive a refund.
For Monthly reservations: There is a cancelation fee of $ 500 dlls for reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the check-in date, will not receive a refund.
