Summary: The house was big with lots of beds and open kitchen for family time. The donkeys and sheep were fun to feed for the kids. The pool was nice and clean with lots of sun for tanning. Close to downtown Fredericksburg and only 10 minute drive.Thank You for a great 2 nights. We enjoyed it

Summary: We celebrated my bachelorette party with 11 of us and had an absolute BLAST! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (shopping, dining out, and visiting wineries). The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property.

The pool was clean and the owner made sure the ph levels were consistent and good. The house was very clean and roomy the open concept was perfect for our large family of 14 to be comfortable. Summary: I booked this ranch for a end of the year teachers trip and I must say it was well worth it! We so enjoyed the beautiful sunset hill country view and the peacefulness. We weren't far from the wineries or downtown Fredericksburg. The owner was really kind and very accommodating to anything we needed. I would most definitely book this place again.
