Summary: We recently stayed at this wonderful house for a family wedding. There were 6 of us with each couple having their "own space" without feeling cramped or on top of each other. The house is laid out so brilliantly, every detail is so well thought out. My elderly parents were able to use the main floor queen bedroom walk out to the backyard, and a full washroom located right beside it. There are two other bedrooms on the second floor. A queen bedroom with full ensuite washroom and walkout balcony. The primary suite upstairs is beyond stunning with a king bed, incredible private balcony over looking the backyard and a huge ensuite with soaker tub, walk in shower and double sink vanity. All of the beds were extremely comfortable with great linens. The kitchen was well appointed and laid out so well. The living area was comfortable. Everything in this house was in excellent condition, super clean and fully functional. We cannot rave enough about the area and location of this house. Although you are only around 400 meters from South Congress, the area is so quiet and peaceful. The street has huge mature trees that are protected. You will notice that some of the homes in the area have literally built their homes incorporating the trees into the actual building design! You truly couldn't ask for a better location than this house. We could walk to the coolest bars, live music, funky shops, delicious restaurants, all within a few blocks of South Congress. Absolutely zero complaints!

Summary: House was perfect for a girls weekend. Very clean and spacious. Everyone had their own bathroom. House stocked with many amenities. Neighborhood close to S Congress, easy walk to restaurants. Safe to jog/walk. Neighbors very quiet. Couldn't recommend more.

Summary: The house is well built with a beautiful courtyard with big, mature trees that provide privacy and are beautiful. The house is as advertised/pictured. Well insulated house so I didn't hear friends talking downstairs after I went to bed nor did I hear the early morning risers. Well situated to walk around South Congress' shops & restaurants. Quiet street
