Enter through the double-iron gates leading to cozy Courtyard and there you will find a Detached Private Casita with all the amenities! Step into the Grand Foyer with 20 foot ceilings, Formal Dining, Large Living Room and a beautiful wall of glass that brings in a lot of natural light and views of the Private Backyard. Includes a Fully Stocked Kitchen, Center Island with Gas Cooktop, Subzero Refrigerator, and Wet Bar Niche. Master Suite includes full bathroom with double shower and jacuzzi tub, Huge walk-in closet, king bed, TV, work desk and walk out patio. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom and walk out patio. 3rd bedroom includes bunk bed with full bed plus additional twin pull out. 4th bedroom (Private Casita) has a queen bed, TV, and full bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries.

Summary: This home has it all. It’s clean, well-stocked, private pool and spa, quiet, easily accessible, safe, updated appliances, updated decor, a casita, and a home owner who is very prompt and addressed inquiries immediately with kindness and concern. We prepared an entire Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and felt at home with all the supplies and amenities. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Summary: We had a truly wonderful month long stay at Liza's house in Fountain Hills/Scottsdale. The house is large, inviting and accommodates everything one could hope for in a vacation rental. It's a beautiful house, very well laid out. Plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing, etc. We loved the outdoor space, plenty of shade when it's hot. We made extensive use of the pool and hot tub. The house is very well equipped with everything one could hope for and even a bit more (3 or 4 coffee machine options, 5 pairs of tongs, 4 varieties of wine glasses, you get my point.) For us, days were spent hiking the trails in the am and for that trailheads are very close by. Afternoons were spent at or in the pool and that was heavenly. Communication with Liza was excellent as she is super responsive and genuinely interested in ensuring her guests have everything we need. We are looking forward to going back next fall already.

Summary: In the 4+ decades we have been renting vacation homes, this was the best experience we’ve had. Liza was an unbelievable host. Super responsive and so easy to work with. The house is gorgeous. Great 2 car garage (only fits moderate sized SUVs). Loved the laundry room - washer and dryer were new and worked great. Bedrooms/bathrooms/towels and linens were perfect and plentiful. The kitchen was fantastic with a 6 burner gas stove and the sub zero fridge was huge and to die for. The outside kitchen was great - 4 burner natural gas grill that we used 2-3 times a week. The hot tub was heavenly during our stay - especially after long hikes and days on the golf course. We only heated the pool for a few select days but it was perfect. I can’t tell you how beautiful the sky was at night - it’s a dark sky community so the stars were gorgeous. The wildlife was so fun to watch, we had coyotes, rabbits, bobcats, jays of all kinds (the red ones are so pretty) and lots of hummingbirds. If you are bringing dogs, there are two large kennels in the garage, no need to bring your own. The detached casita was wonderful for guests, just the right amount of privacy. We loved the ceiling fans and the nest climate controls were great - we loved that the master bedroom had it own separate controls. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat, we already miss it. (PS - if you rent it, be sure to get to know Robin in the guard house, she is awesome. And tell her Jeanine from Utah says “Hi!”)

Summary: I am very picky about staying someplace. Typically it isn’t clean or there are other issues. I was blown away at how clean everything was. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Liza and this property. Liza was incredibly responsive and wanting to ensure that we had everything we needed. I asked if she had an extension chord, for example and the next thing I know, one is being delivered. The location of this property is absolutely incredible. I had not spent any time in Fountain Hills and it is so beautiful. There are plenty of places to walk and it is located close to restaurants and anything else you may want to do. I highly recommend this property and Liza.

Summary: This is a great place in a very quiet and secured neighborhood. Convenient to hiking trails, golf, Fountain Hills center as well as East Scottsdale. Homeowners were very communicative, easy to contact, and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Beautiful home in Fountain Hills that met or exceeded our expectations on our couples retreat! Liza was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to experience Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Great golf, restaurants, and hiking very nearby or take a short 20 minute drive into Scottsdale. Loved it!!!
