Negative: The beach was not safe for swimming and was not clean.

Positive: It was very clean, even better than the pictures. The view was amazing, the neighborhood was very quiet. All the facilities were available in the property. All the bedrooms have AC. A very nice fish restaurant minutes away from the property. The supermarket inside the neighborhood prices was okay in comparison with the city. There’s also a wholesale market minutes away from the property 7km away

Negative: The property it self does not have problems, but the neighborhood it self was very quiet, doesn’t have much activities, more than the beach and the pool. The night life was only 30 minutes drive, if you are looking for.

Summary: It was amazing stay and relax with my family, the host also was amazing

Positive: It is very comfortable and the location is great. Don’t recommend to go in June as the sea was not nice, it was brown ,but that has nothing to do with the property. Three rooms two bathrooms of a great size and good A/C. We had a nice time. The view is great Having a terrace allows you to have tea while watching the sunset.

Negative: I did not like not having towels in the bathrooms. We found only three and we were 6. Each bathroom should have its towels and we should not need to search in every closet. Beach towels would be appreciated but we did bring our own. Showers have no doors or curtains so after every shower the bathrooms end up very wet. No detergent for the washing machine which by the way needs to be cleaned.

Negative: That we couldn't swim in the sea all the stay due to tides

Positive: The location is great. Not far away from Alexandria, first raw on the beach. The weather was fantastic, all the rooms have ACs.

Negative: The place was great. The only thing that I can think about is adding a shower curtain for the bathroom, soap, and toiletries.

Summary: Fantastic villa by the beach. I would stay there again and would recommend it.

Positive: This is a nice villa with an amazing view of the sea.

Negative: The villa itself is nice, but the compound that it is in is not. The litter was everywhere, it was disgusting. There were dirty nappies in the street and all sorts of trash including broken glass on the beach. I attempted to clean the beach so that my kids could run around without playing in the trash- I filled two huge bin bags. The staff told me to stop, which I did not understand as they obviously do not clean up.

Positive: The beach view from the terrace is breathtaking. The weather and the sun were more than perfect! The villa is renovated, fully furnished with brand new fridges, TV, dishwasher and air-conditioners. The bedrooms, the bathrooms and the kitchen are very tidy and trendy. The villa has a very nice garden with cozy sofa and pergola so you enjoy the amazing view all day. the resort is not crowded, I enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the place.
