Positive: The place was clean, the owners were respectable, the location was great for relaxation and quiet, the view was amazing, and sea was great when we could enter it.

Negative: That we couldn't swim in the sea all the stay due to tides

Positive: The location is great. Not far away from Alexandria, first raw on the beach. The weather was fantastic, all the rooms have ACs.

Negative: The place was great. The only thing that I can think about is adding a shower curtain for the bathroom, soap, and toiletries.

Summary: Fantastic villa by the beach. I would stay there again and would recommend it.

Positive: This is a nice villa with an amazing view of the sea.

Negative: The villa itself is nice, but the compound that it is in is not. The litter was everywhere, it was disgusting. There were dirty nappies in the street and all sorts of trash including broken glass on the beach. I attempted to clean the beach so that my kids could run around without playing in the trash- I filled two huge bin bags. The staff told me to stop, which I did not understand as they obviously do not clean up.

Summary: Nice villa but compound is full of trash

Positive: The beach view from the terrace is breathtaking. The weather and the sun were more than perfect! The villa is renovated, fully furnished with brand new fridges, TV, dishwasher and air-conditioners. The bedrooms, the bathrooms and the kitchen are very tidy and trendy. The villa has a very nice garden with cozy sofa and pergola so you enjoy the amazing view all day. the resort is not crowded, I enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the place.

Positive: Amazing sea view. Everything in the villa is renovated and clean, the reception, the bedrooms and the bathrooms are spacious. All the home electric devices, air conditioners and kitchen appliances are new. The resort is fantastic, very calm and relaxing with greenery landscape, The beach and the pools are clean and not crowded. A supermarket and cafeteria are available just a few steps away from the villa. They also provide delivery service.
