Summary: The beach could not be closer as the dunes are right next to the house. There is a whole lot of sand...everywhere, so be diligent to wipe your feet when coming in the house. Very pet friendly and the dogs loved it. We brought an extra outdoor mat to help clean off the dogs. We loved it!

Summary: Our stay at this property was great!! There was plenty of open sitting room for all !! There were six of us that stayed and 2 brothers and wives that spent the days and meal time with us. The decor throught is cheerful,and plenty of games and moves.The home is very well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms. Views of the ocean are amazing and the walk to the beach is perfect. Being pet friendly was also fun for our little dog !! Our host Jeff has been amazing to work with. Very prompt in replying and taking care of anything we needed !! Thank you !! We will definitely stay here again !!

Summary: We love this house! The sand is so much fun for all the kids and the proximity to the beach is the perfect distance with kids. Our kids love the wall of VHS tapes to choose from (and we love watching movies from our childhood with them). This is our second year there and we hope to come back each year.
