Our spacious home offers something for everyone in your group. The house has been furnished and decorated with attention to every single detail. It has modern touches and a very functional floor plan. There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, oven, blender, microwave, everything that is needed to cook. The house is conveniently located close by supermarkets, Walmart, Vons, drugstores, coffee shops and all different kinds of restaurants, just a short drive to the airport and Strip (20 minutes) and in an area where you will skip the rush hour.
We want to welcome you to our stunning and comfortable vacation property that will make you feel like your own home. We will provide you with all the amenities and details that will allow your family, friends, coworkers, etc. to pleasantly enjoy your and their stay in Las Vegas.
The pool or Spa heater fee is $100 per day with a minimum of 3 days or $600 for 1 week. Please let the manager know 3 days before your check-in date if you want the pool or spa to be heated.
Our Vacation Rental Amenities include:

Free High Speed Internet/WiFi and cable services. The property has 2 flat screens 4K TV's. BBQ Grill.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking inside will be an immediate $1000 fee from your deposit.
POOL
We have no control over the weather. The pool cleaning is performed every week between Tuesdays and Sundays, if you need the pool cleaned at check-in the fee is $75. For the best experience please let the manager know 5 days before your check-in date.
Pool and Spa heating is available during winter only. The spa and pool temperatures are set to 90 degrees. The heater fee is $99 per day with a minimum of 3 days or $599 for 1 week. For the best experience please let the manager know 5 days before your check-in date.
OVERNIGHT GUESTS AND DAYTIME VISITORS
All daytime and overnight guests must be disclosed at the time of the reservation. The fee for undisclosed guests after the reservation is approved is $75 per guest.
NOISE
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and we have strictly enforced sound ordinances. We have ZERO tolerance for parties. No outdoor music (at all, ever) is permitted during the day or night. People noise (outdoor/pool noise) is permissible during the day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM but it should be reasonable.
Noise level is measured with a privacy-free noise meter.
IMPORTANT: People noise (outdoor/pool noise) should be non-existent after 9:00 PM.
We have 24hs security to enforce the sound ordinance, if the noise monitor triggers the guest will receive a warning message through the rental platform, also it will be contacted by phone. After the second warning, the reservation will be canceled and all guests will be required to immediately vacate the property, without any refunds.
If security is involved the fee is $500.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
AC thermostats are locked between 70 and 78 degrees to avoid AC unit malfunction.
Excessive use of utilities, trash, laundry, and cleaning will require extra fees.
Rearranging indoor and outdoor furniture, and reprogramming TV remotes or settings will require extra fees.
Please treat the home and neighbors with respect.
Any noise, noise, or complaints will be an immediate $500 fee from your deposit.

Summary: For our party of 7 adults, this property was great. Each person had their own bed and space. The dining table is large, so having a meal together was so enjoyable with all of us being able to be at the table. The lighting isn't great over the dining table, so it was hard to play cards/games at night, but we managed. Location was good, hiking at Lone Mountain is a 10-minute drive. The backyard/pool area is not as large as the pictures make it seem, but plenty of space to enjoy the pool and some sun. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions/concerns we had.

Summary: This listing is a bit deceiving. There are no dressers in this house so we had to live out of our suitcases. There were barley enough bath towels, and only 4 pool towels. And only 3 or 4 teaspoons. The floors (both carpet and hard surfaces) were filthy! We usually take our shoes off once inside, but not here. My gradchildren's feet were disgusting within minutes.

Summary: Louis was accessible and responsive from the moment we arranged the rental to the end of our stay. We had more than enough space for our family and it had all the amenities for a hassle free vacation. The home is near all the places we needed to shop for supplies (Target, Walmart, Winco, Walgreens) and a few of our favorite eateries. We had the pool heated for a few days and my family enjoyed being outside in the warmth, especially since we left our home right before a snow storm hit. I was thankful there were only 2 tv's as it forced my family to watch a few shows together and spend more time at the giant dining table playing games. If your looking to be close to the strip it's about a 25-35 minute drive, yet it is the perfect location to enjoy the great nature activities most tourists overlook in Vegas. I hope to enjoy this home again for another family vacation.

Summary: My family and friends came in to town for my 50th birthday and this home had plenty of room to accommodate them. It was clean and the beds were comfortable and neighborhood was safe, you will enjoy your stay and the owner was very helpful to all needs.

Summary: The property was nice with great space and plenty of bedrooms. The pool wasn't cleaned and was in need of tile repair so if this is important to you, be sure to contact the owner prior to your arrival to ensure its ready to go. Amenities we good which included towels, shampoos and nice kitchen utensils.

Summary: The location is in a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores nearby. It is about 20 minutes away from the strip so you would need a rental car to get there since it will cost a lot to take an Uber. The house was clean and comfortable. We wished there was more seating in the living room since the house can hold 10 people but there was only seating for 5. Kitchen was wonderful to cook in. The pool was not clean when we got there but after contacting the owner, he sent someone right away to take care of it. Overall a pleasant stay in Vegas.
