Summary: This townhouse is in a great location in the PGA. We went to the tournament so easy access in the back gate, a 5 minute walk to the Bear Trap. The home was well stocked, it would have been nice to have a printer in the office as our previous rentals did. Charlotte was prompt to answer any questions we had, but it would have been nice to have a property manager close by for a few of the issues we had that took a few days to resolve.

Summary: We stayed for a month, and enjoyed our time. The place is cozy, comfortable and clean. The outdoor space is solid, although it doesn’t get any sun during the day. The location is nicely situated near the community pool, a nearby park, and the main PGA resort. The neighborhood is ok, and neighbors are very friendly. Charlotte was responsive and helped to address a couple of issues we encountered.
