Positive: Magnificent views.Internally you could not fault.

Negative: This is awkward as the studio itself is terrific.Stephen & Chris are great hosts. But,if you are an older couple,not so fit anymore & not happy driving your vehicle up to the top level then I am sorry to say the walk to the unit is difficult & nearly impossible for taking of baggage to the studio.This is a shame because once there the view is amazing.I apologise to Stephen & Chris but I believe this factor should be made aware to ( if possible) clientele.

Negative: While it was not really a problem for us, the very steep driveway may be difficult for some people to manage.

Positive: Absolutely stunning place place to stay when going to hobart. Everything we needed for our anniversary and more. Enjoy the Million dollar view while eating breakfast on the balcony

Negative: The only downside is the very steep driveway.

Positive: Amazing view and location, beautifully appointed and very roomy accommodation. Lovely garden. The owners were friendly and very helpful. It was great to be able to do a load of washing. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Hobart.

Negative: Steep narrow driveway took a bit of navigating to get our car in and out.
