Positive: We stayed here to allow easy access to the mountains. It did not disappoint. A particular favourite was Crêt des Mouches, which we were able to hike, leaving straight from our door. On a clear day (which we were fortunate to have), Mont Blanc can be seen from the top.

Positive: View from hotel - it is the other side of the train station from Les Houches, so the view looks back over the town with the mountain in the background Hotel giving me a quiet room on request that was very much appreciated! Toboggons and walking sticks for the snow available to hire Very friendly hotel staff Comfortable rooms and nice beds. Rooms with nice views

Negative: The fact that you needed to pay for the spa that wasn't 100% clear on the website. It was fine for us, but it is worth being clear about this
