Positive: Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was superb - right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main sights as well as the metro station. The studio itself was extremely comfortable and well-equiped - We felt at home the moment we arrived. It had everything we needed, and the attention to detail made it feel more like a boutique hotel than a guesthouse. What really stood out though were the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful - offering the kind of warmth, personal hospitality you don’t often find. They made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Negative: The smaller bed could be more comfortable.

Positive: Really fantastic hosts who helped me out whenever I asked them anything. Really fantastic central location too. Wifi was generally good and I worked online using it for a few days, albeit it would occasionally briefly cut out from time to time. It’s a reasonably small apartment, but it’s very functional: the hot water works reasonably well, the heater is adequate to keep the place warm (and I was there in January), etc etc. Overall, it did the job well, and the really accommodating hosts and central location mean that it is a place I would definitely recommend to others.

Positive: location was great,facilities also very good,with stovetop,fridge,TV, arrived early and apartnment was ready to go,laundry was done by hosts parents,just had to give it to them as they lived upstairs,good heating.

Negative: i dont know if i used hot water properly but could not get and warm water in shower so i improvised,not really a big issue.

Summary: stay was very good,host attentive,parents also attentive and helpfull,cosy,great location.
