Positive: A beautiful 1 room flat on a calm and quiet street. It had everything needed. Ilioni was really helpful and was there in time both for the check-in and check-out. Price was more than fair aswell.

Positive: The location was in the perfect for what I needed. I visit the area often and this will now be my first choice. The hostess was fantastic at checking in and messaging when needed.

Positive: The decoration is very pleasant, attention to details. A number of things are provided which make the stay more comfortable: additional blanket, game of backgammon, books in various languages, TV with some channels in English and TV5 Monde for French, full kitchen appliance and a little of all basics (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea/coffee). Also all one needs to keep all clean, including washing machine. We really appreciated the outdoor area and the privacy we had in the flat and on the terrace. We arrived earlier than announced, the owner arranged for someone to meet us , walk us thru and answer questions. Communication : was always easy and helpful. Chalandri is not in the center of Athens. But the area is nice and quiet, all necessities are very close (supermarket, bakery, restaurants and more). And transportation to go to center Athens is plenty, affordable and easy to use (buses, tram, subway), pay rides by showing credit card. Restaurants : locally we tried 'Myrikos Kypos' and we recommend this too.

Positive: Updated and very clean, with great patio , 3min walk to coffee shop and supermarket and very attentive host. Highly recommend !

Negative: No shampoo or shower wash
