Positive: The area was lovely, and easy access to all the major subway lines. The room was spacious, and was nicely furnished.

Negative: The heating system was not great, and there was a window with a crack in it - pairing with the old style of windows, it was very cold inside. The TV also did not work very well, and the wifi was not strong enough for chrome casting.

Positive: Liked the layout of the apartment. And close to restaurants. Really appreciated the fans when it was hot.

Negative: A bit short on medium size coffee cups, hand towels, bath mat, tea towels. Short on pots with lids. Street is really noisy. Communication lagged at times regarding the smoke alarm going off and needing access to get into the apartment regarding the boiler?

Positive: The location was perfection - I couldn't have found a better spot to stay. Great communication from the owners, and they provided me with help when I wasn't able to get my luggage down the stairs because of my mobility issues.

Negative: If you have mobility issues, chronic pain or a disability, please be aware there are two floors of steep stairs and no lift. It was a problem for me, so they arranged for someone to come and help me with my bags, which was deeply helpful!
