A cowboy feel that's full of class! Experience downtown Cheyenne with western flair. This classic studio apartment is located in one of Cheyenne's downtown historic buildings and has everything you need for a nice getaway, or home away from home. Walking distance to some of Cheyenne’s best shops & restaurants. Ultra secure building is safe and private to the few who have building access. Nice, quiet neighbors & free parking.
Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets at this location.
So many original details have been left untouched in this historic building, from the vintage tile and kitchen, to the gorgeous wood built-ins; nevertheless, you'll have everything you need for a modern, comfortable stay.
Portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.
I don't live on site, but we are available between 7am and 10pm. Call anytime for urgent needs.
Downtown Cheyenne has so many great local restaurants and shopping - everything is within walking distance to the apartment.
Uber & Lyft are available.
There is a key-fob used to enter the building stored in a realtor-type lock box hanging on the door. Please use it to open the door then place it BACK in the lock box as other guests need it and there will is a $50 charge for lost or damaged key-fobs.
Per the building owner, no pets are allowed in building.
No smoking of any kind allowed in building. This includes vaping, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Evidence of such in unit will result in loss of deposit.
No parties allowed.
A/C is available seasonally. Wyoming weather is tricky, so please be aware of this when booking in late May/early June and September/October.

Summary: My wife and I loved this place during our trip to Cheyenne. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and really charming - we didn't want to leave it was so great. The check-in process was smooth and communication from the owner was great. The unit was wonderful. Location and parking was safe and access to anywhere in town was a breeze. Bottom line on this Vrbo...we'll make this place our first choice every time we travel to Cheyenne. Perfect for a couple!

Summary: Truly appreciated the respect the owners have for this preserving the historic character of the place accurately. One really feels the simple charm of the early days—lots of natural light and original materials. Nothing is false or imitation. In the same way, the property managers looked after and respectfully tended to any needs that I had—quickly and efficiently.
