Positive: Very nice studio, clean, well-equipped and located very close to the beach. Instructions were clear, arrival easy. Would come back and recommend!

Negative: Empty old smoothie bottle on the kitchen counter, but otherwise very clean!

Negative: The warm water it's very good for the shower but when you need to wash dishes don't take too long to be cold.

Positive: I was there for the beach festival in Nieuwpoort so it was an excellent base for this purpose and with very easy and quick access to the tram to the festival. The apartment is very small but neat with modern decoration and everything you need, and located very close to the beach. The host is friendly (had some trouble with the keybox upon departure but she looked at it). The instructions are clear.

Negative: The street is rather noisy until late and from very early on so do not get there for any sleep-retreat but if you like it lively you are at the right place. You also share a lot with your neighbours :) If you are very tall or large, the bathroom might be tight.
