Summary: this is my go to hotel. It’s clean. The staff is great especially Amber Brown the assistant general manager. She is amazing and always handles everything professionally and quickly. Plus, she is really kind.

Summary: Friendly staff, great customer service, smooth check-in. Place is clean, rooms are nice and the fridge and microwave are a great amenity. This is our second year staying here for baseball and we will definitely book again.

Summary: The room didnt come with any body wash, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathroom. The hotel phone inside the room had something sticky and smelled. The room was okay but if you wore tennis shoes, they would squeak really loud. The front desk staff was training and check in took longer than anticipated. I found too many little things that gave me a poor experience compared to other places I have stayed. Dont trust it

Summary: The only issue I had was when I came back to the hotel around 9 p.m.—there was no parking available at all. Other customers were complaining about the same problem. Several large trucks with boats and jet skis were taking up about six parking spaces each. We informed the person at the front desk, but he said he couldn’t do anything about it. He suggested parking at the gas station, but warned that the hotel wouldn’t be responsible if our car got towed. This is a serious issue that the hotel needs to address, especially since we were paying customers and were left without a parking spot. I ended up having to park in a handicap space.

Summary: First off I want to say Thank you to the front desk. They totally saved and helped us out with an early check-in. Everything about the hotel was great!! We didn’t find a single thing to give a negative review about. Plenty of options for food around the hotel as well as gas stations. The location was perfect for where we were going. Will definitely stay here again!!
