Summary: Spent 4 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once, even though I requested full housekeeping. The first night, I pulled back the blankets to reveal several hairs, black spots (dead bugs?) and a dead roach between the sheets. Since housekeeping was gone, I was brought a new set of sheets and I had to personally strip the bed and remake the bed with the clean sheets (I have pictures). The nice lady with the red hair that worked Friday and Saturday was very understanding and attentive. Wish she'd been there the whole time. They did deliver clean towels daily, so there's that.
