Positive: Awesome host. Clean apartment. Great location. There was a welcome beer (2 bottles), loaf of bread, noodles. I needed a blender and the host went to buy one immediately. I will definitely stay at 307 when next I am in Ebene.

Positive: An impeccable and efficiently run place with two great hosts! Located in a quiet residential district with a couple of dining options and a convenience store on the back side of the building. A large supermarket is a 15-minute walk from the apartment as is the Rose Hill metro station. Easy parking.

Negative: While the location is ideal for business trips, holidaymakers may better opt for beachside accommodation.
