Positive: The apartment is really well equipped with everything you may need for short stay, from cooking oil to iron. The bathroom was clean and the whole apartment smelled nice from fresh flowers that welcomed us. It also meant a lot to have couple snacks and coffee available from the moment of entering the apartment, not to go shopping right away. Although the apartment is on ground floor and on the busy street, you don't hear a thing, it is very well isolated from noise.

Positive: The studio was really comfortable, everything was new and Petra was very thoughtful. There were some food and drinks that she left for the arrival (milk, bear, cereal, etc...) which were very helpful since I arrived late in Dortmund.

Negative: Nothing to complain about. Everything was fine!

Positive: Petra's property is really really amazing !! It appears that she travels a lot so she knows what a tourist needs for their stay. Although the apartment is small, it has everything ! Every detail is well thought and made with love ! I would really recommend this place to everyone. Location is great also, it's not in the centre of Dortmund but still close with metro. It's calm and easy to reach.

Positive: The apartment is exceptionally clean, design is nice and calm. Very well organised space: it is small, but you have exactly everything you need, including dishes, cutlery, pans. Very close to a subway station.
