Positive: Room was larger than expected. Even had a mini fridge with a freezer and the room itself was very large for a European studio, Parking was easy right out front. Great neighorhood location with a nice restaurant next door for beers and/or dinner.

Negative: Host communciation was OK. It was a little confusing in the instructions of how to conatct the host. The other thing is that she only takes cash for payment unless you have a Czech bank account. We arrived right at 3 for check in. Had to call a long distcance Czech phone with our US phone to get a hold of the host. Once we got a hold of her, we got the code and key and were able to access the apartment. We recievd an e mail from her later in the day with check in instructions but didn't get those until well after we checked in. I guess Czech to USA e mail sometimes isn't instant. Only suggestion we have is to put a little type of a mount on the shower wall so that you can hang up the shower hose.

Summary: Very nice and quiet stay in a well equiped studio apartment.

Positive: Loved this cosy studio apartment. We booked as the location was perfect for what we were looking for. Warm, plenty of storage, comfortable bed, but most of all very clean. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The area it is located in is quiet and close to transportation.

Negative: Nothing really. We loved it.

Positive: Location is amazing and the owner is amazing and very welcoming people 😊 , professional and when you ask for something it come without delay, thanks so much for the hospitality.

Negative: Nothing important but I would advise if they can provide the showers soaps ( Shampoo and conditioners ) and to have systematically cleaning and change the bed sheets and towels as for the moment it will be serve when you ask for it. But for sure, when you ask, there is no delay at all.

Summary: It was very nice experiance and meeting the owners was a big pleasure 🙏🏻.

Positive: The location of the accommodation is excellent. It is very close to the university, where I visited for a conference, and also very close to the tram station. The landlady is very kind. The residential neighborhood is tranquil and safe. Highly recommended.

Summary: I will definitely come back again on my next visit to Olomouc.

Positive: Quiet area and convenient for tram once we got to know the system.

Negative: Limited cooking facilities, no toaster for breakfast. No bowl for salad or fruit .
