Positive: The one-bedroom apartment is very well located for the activities in the valley, the quiet and cool rooms are delightful. There is a large green yard in the front with reclining chairs, a table with chairs to eat outdoors and a BBQ area with wood. The sun touches on the property all morning and part of the afternoon. The pellet stove is marvelous, it is needed for the cold mornings and evenings even in early July. The bed is very comfortable, there is ample hot water and the Wi-Fi is good. The property management is easily reachable by messaging and is very responsive/helpful. Bath towels, kitchen cleaning products, hot pads, toilet paper all provided. The refrigerator is small but does have a small freezer area for making ice. Full size oven and a 4 burner gas stove. Bring your food supplies with you, the small store in Saint-Georges or Norte-Dame will carry basic items and local products.

Negative: When you arrive and depart you can stop your car closer to the apartment to unload/load, it is a 100 meter somewhat steep uphill walk on cobblestones; once you have unloaded you will need to move your car to the ample public parking area (free), that is about a 200 meters at the bottom of the hill. Bring a warm jacket or sweater as the dampness of the stone homes is a reality in these beautiful old structures, even with modern restoration the ground floors of these buildings are damp. Beware of using too many electrical appliances at the same time, this is a common problem in many Italian homes, the fuse box will need to be reset (located outside the apartment about 10 meters on the left). No microwave nor hot water kettle.

Positive: Surroundings are amazing in terms of nature. The apartment lovely and comfortable with a very nice garden attached! The owners of the house welcomed us warmly!

Negative: Nothing really - beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for a couple of nights.
