Positive: Clean and quite. 5 mins walk from Austin station, many food choice and some supermarkets around.

Negative: One of the bathroom is too small for some people, but it’s okay for me.

Positive: The best thing I got from this apartment was the lovely and friendly neighbors. The shared kitchen came in handy. The location was fairly good, making it easy to get around. The room was very clean. Overall, the place was tidy and clean, but it didn't meet my high cleanliness standards due to my OCD, especially after reading the glowing reviews.

Negative: The room was smaller than I thought it would be. The bathrooms and kitchen were fine, but sometimes they smelled bad. The kitchen items looked dirty and old, and I was trying to clean them but hopeless. There was no AC in single room, had to share the AC in the hall (and it dripped water), so it got too hot or too cold, which made me sick on the first night. There were two bathrooms, but one didn’t have water for shower.

Positive: The location is relatively close to Austin station. You should go there easily if you have a suitcase. It has a kitchen space and some kind of kitchen tools. If you want to save money and stay long, it would be great, though I didn’t use it…

Negative: We can hear noise from other rooms or corridor, such as alarming sound or footsteps, especially door locks.

Positive: The Location is great and the Staff is also very friendly and nice. We didn‘t have any issues with check-in and check-out and the overall stay was for the price, what we expected.

Negative: In one shower the warm water didn‘t really work but expect from that everything was good.

Positive: The room was even better than the hotel room I had from the festival I attended. Clean and fresh. The house was quite and the best thing is the owner so friendly, responding fast and so kind about the check in and out and keeping my luggae for some hours before my flight.

Negative: Everything was good. I hope just the otger guests attention to the rules.
