Positive: Spacious and flexible accommodation (choice of two dining areas for example). Plenty of parking space. Some in our party enjoyed the hot tub. If you like gadgets, there were plenty in the kitchen though none were needed apart from the microwave (overkill?)

Negative: The property was clean, though the cleaning products used seem to have left some of the surfaces feeling strangely sticky. There were a few maintenance issues: nearly all the door hinges could have done with a few drops of WD40; downstairs bedroom had a faulty door catch; despite plenty of crockery, the dishes for breakfast cereal, desserts or soup were all tiny and impractical; neither of the two dishwashers cleaned well and probably needed dishwasher cleaner run through them; there weren't enough mugs - we kept running out.
