Summary: Easily the very best STAFF ever. We booked the night and we were SO excited! But we blew our radiator and were stuck on the side of the road for hours waiting for a tow. They were absolutely fabulous and gave me a refund. I will absolutely re-book when we can actually make it that way again. We were so bummed. Kids crying. Lots of cuss words from us. But talking to the woman who answered the phone restored my faith for a moment, at least ;) Signed, one sad family who was looking forward to this vacation

Summary: Apparently Thursday nights are party nights at this place... we arrived and a staff person informed us that it would be very loud and that complaining would be useless because the owner is committed to the party. We didn’t know what to make of that. Then, from 10pm to about 2am our floor buzzed with the drum and bass... it was indeed a very very loud party and our toddler was therefore awake and crying for much of that time. It was a real drag, and if we had simply been informed before booking that it was a party night, we could have made a better choice and would have avoided this bad review. Also - there were mouse droppings in the drawers. Alas.

Summary: Overall the experience is was OK, but that basically means it was overpriced ($240+/night). I get that it is in a vacation area, but still feels overpriced. Restaurant food was OK, but nothing special. Portions of both our meals were cold when served.

Summary: Love this place!!! The rooms were very clean and had a beach view of the river. The food is great. If you run into Paul, say Hi from us. He was the star of the show and made sure every step of our trip was great. Traveling with a 2 year old is a blast but also a lot of work. Come here, eat the food and visit Pinecrest. It will take you back in time to small town summer vibes.

Summary: We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being close to the ski area which made everything very convenient. The room space was a little small, but it felt cozy and comfortable. The hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a simple and cozy getaway near the slopes.

Summary: A good place to stay. Great staff beautiful area friendly people. This was off season so no traffic practically no other tourists anywhere. Rooms had flannel sheets and lots of blankets to stay warm during a cold night unlike most motels. The heater was loud and there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms so if you go off season it’s hard to find a place to eat. Our host made breakfast available to us even though we were the only ones there. We really appreciated his extra care he gave us during our stay. If you rent a cabin or or just go during the prime season you will avoid that problem and enjoy your stay greatly.

Summary: It was basically closed for the season. No one there to answer questions. Restaurant said it would open but did not. No coffee. No breakfast. No one.

Summary: The parking was easy, and it was only a 10 minute drive to the mountain. Having a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner was very convenient!
