Positive: The staff was very kind, first of all reservations was very helpful was having issues with my bank provider they were helpful. The location is perfect, the property is beautiful and breakfast was amazing.

Negative: Not much of options on the dinner menu , maybe need to revamp the menu

Positive: The food was excellent, the staff (especially Omar) were polite, knowledgeable and professional. The grounds were well kept and the scenery for a nature lover.

Negative: The stairs gave me a full week of leg workout. Wish I had gotten a room closer to the dining area. The lizards had me on edge, but that's to be expected with the location and the plethora of trees.

Summary: Breathtakingly beautiful. Nature's paradise. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Positive: The location was great and the rooms had breathtaking views.

Negative: The rooms have no AC so the sound of the crickets and birds etc sounded very loud at night. Hard for light sleepers.

Negative: Accuracy of amenities. Mini bar was actually a shelf in the kitchen No stove, no toaster. Only teaspoons, mugs and saucers Blocked toilet Poor customer service No hammock, even though in description and photos Price of additional activities( yoga $75!) Quality of food

Positive: The view!!!!!! The many nooks for relaxation. The infinity pool. It would have been better if it were heated or there were a jacuzzi on the cool nights

Negative: The staff was uninformative, uninterested, discoutreous and very poorly if at all trained. The road to get to the property is treacherous and so once we got there wete not inclined to leave so we felt trapped in a beautiful place with not much to do

Positive: Thé location is stunning and the studio was comfortable the spa could be better and packages overpriced according to price list. I didn’t use the spa as prices were better in uk so did my treatments before. The pastries for breakfast was disappointing & the fruit I expected a nice fruit platter with fruit from the property, the curry goat could have more flavour and be more tender, food slightly over priced compared to other places. Apart from that a beautiful experience and I would go again but the sockets in the studio could be upgraded as seemed very old and plugs or adapters were falling out. The neighbours dogs are a bit agressive to passers by if you go for a walk you have to pass thèse agressive dogs which made me fall and graze my knee. Luckily I had my first aid bag. Other than that it’s truly beautiful spot.
