Positive: Lovely and clean. Dinner was good. Pool and spa nice. Deluxe double room was nice, though a mini fridge would have been nice for fresh milk rather than it sachets. Tea, coffee biscuits and bottled water replaced daily

Negative: Room door locks were being replaced which was noisy every day. Breakfast service was poor and hot plate was very set out once at 7am for 3 hours. Bar menu just an extract of restaurant which was disappointing

Positive: Compared to other hotels around strateford this was extremely good value and of a high standard, good size rooms that were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is very large with lots of facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking available. It was only 10mins into Stratford centre by car and taxis were reasonably priced.

Negative: The changing rooms in the spa area (ladies) are quite small and only 2 showers.

Positive: The location is out of town, so walking is probably not an option. However, a short drive or taxi takes you into the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. The food was excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were both helpful and friendly . The room we had looked over the green fields and the bed and facilities were excellent.

Negative: The bar area didn't seem very cosy. It is very big and to be fair, we were the only people in there, so maybe full of people may change the atmosphere.
