Positive: The reception staff and dining room staff were lovely. They had a bottle of wine put in our room with a lovely card for my friends 65 birthday.

Negative: The paint work was very tired and in need of decorating. There were no glasses in our room. We were disturbed one morning by room cleaners. There was no fridge. The bath produces were limited and it was difficult to put in the bath from the wall.

Laura was particularly helpful at breakfast on both days, went out of her way to help with my Coeliac needs as did the bar staff. Thank you for a great stay

Positive: Friendly and welcoming staff, shout out to Marie and Marina. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, a good variety with no problem to serve vegetarian options and again the staff were helpful and friendly.

Negative: If I had to complain, which isn't a big deal. It would be that the t.v's on the walls in the game room didn't have a signal. This was a shame because the womens rugby was on and would have been nice to play games and have the game on...... However, they did have the big screen on in bar, so all wasn't lost.

Summary: Love it.....we will be back!

Positive: Breakfast especially enjoyable. Lots of choice. Items were kept topped up. Dinner on the night we had it was full of flavour - beautifully prepared and nicely served by pleasant staff - and it was hot. Other nights, we had bar snacks, and again I can’t fault the preparation.

Negative: It’s only a minor niggle - the four juices at breakfast time showed a good choice. But only the orange was strong enough to enjoy. The blueberry, rhubarb, and cloudy apple were a bit insipid.

Summary: Enjoyable and I’d definitely return

Positive: All of the staff we interacted with were fantastic, polite, smiley and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and catered for all our needs and the food was fresh and replenished frequently. We dined in the restaurant and again the meal was faultless and we were looked after by very pleasant staff. The EV hook up's were great and enabled me too recharge my car for the journey home.

Negative: Nothing, it was a perfect visit to all well organised and run hotel.
