Positive: It’s an absolute amazing property . Everything is new, good condition. There was everything what you need: . A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable bedroom, impeccable cleanliness, and a beautiful terrace where we had breakfast every morning and relaxed in the evenings, enjoying the stunning view. It's located in the city center, close to cafes and restaurants. The station is a 15-20-minute walk away, from where you can easily get to the center of Bari by train for 1.5 euros and 40 minutes.
Negative: Our absolutely amazing host, Francesca, greeted us despite our late arrival and brought us delicious focaccia, a bottle of good wine, and breakfast, which was a delight after a long journey. She was always in touch with us. We have the most personal memories of our stay at Palo del Colle.

Positive: very clean and central location. Apartment had everything we needed. We only stayed one night but it would have been very comfortable for a longer stay.
Negative: parking is difficult as although free parking outside property it is in high demand. We reserved the secure parking a short distance away from the property.

Positive: We stayed at the apartment from the 29th to the 3rd of May. The apartment is very central in Palo del Colle, close to restaurants and main attractions. It is comfortable, spacious, bright, has everything one could need: from cooking to relaxing on the balcony or on the roof terrace, to sleeping. The pantry was stocked, the fridge had water, juices, yoghourts, Francesca even awaited us with a lovely bottle of wine! I cannot express our gratitude towards Francesca: she went above and beyond for us. Reserved parking in front of the apartment, came immediately when we could not find a parking spot due to a procession and found us one close by and when we had a flat tire, on the last day, she came (without us asking her) and drove with us to a garage to get it fixed. Before leaving she even gave us a wonderful Foccacia for the road. We have travelled a lot, stayed in many apartments, interacted with many hosts. Never until now have we met one that is so, so nice and helpful. We are really in awe. Thank you, thank you, Francesca! We had a wonderful stay and you really contributed to making it even more special. We highly recommend staying at this apartment. You could not find a better place and a better host!

Positive: The place had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Bed is confy, bathroom great. Balcony and terrace is wonderful. AC ice cold. Kitchen had everything needed, fridge is big and has freezer too. Owen , Microwave and a washer. The Host is amazing, she was extremely helpful; printed out suggestions for daily itineraries around Puglia. Expected us with a sparkling clean unit and a bottle of good Pugliese wine :-) The location is great ; you are in the middle of real italian small town life. Parking could be challenging sometimes; once you learn the places you'll do fine. Worst case scenario, there is a big (free) parking lot about 5 min walk away (next to the post office).
Summary: A real gem to discover authentic pugliese daily life. Great central point to explore Puglia.
