Summary: Check in was easy, up to the room, it was dirty with an odd smell throughout the halls. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were nice. The bathroom had been updated and was clean, the toilet had a leak and ran constantly. The wifi cut out continuously. The Cable box cut out every 1-2 minutes tried rebooting and gave up. The in room safe was a safe in the closet on the floor, not secured to anything. The pool was very dirty, from bugs hair & bandaids floating around it was a quick turn around to leave. For over $400/night would have thought standards would be better for cleanliness & comfort.

Summary: Check in was very easy girls at the front desk are amazing and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The evenings were a bit noisier than other hotels have stayed at. Had fun at the casino. We just had breakfast at the hotel restaurant was average. The hotel is starting to show its age. I took my cat there and had no problems checking in with an animal. She enjoyed her stay.

Summary: We used the swimming pool everyday. The most of the lights were burned out. There was a pair of dirty socks sitting by the towel shelf 2 days in a row. The hotel rooms were fine but one of the fridges was not working properly. The food was cool but not cold. The mattresses seemed a bit less firm, it probably needs to be replaced soon. the TV did not have Netflix options just cable channels. It does not entertain kids enough.

Summary: We had a great experience, from check in to the flexibility of the staff at the front desk for later check out, to how spacious and clean our room was. The only down side was the plumbing noise we experienced during the night (sounded like a loud shower) but otherwise everything was great.
